Kangtai Electric Co., Ltd., founded in 1995, is a technology-based and export-oriented electronic manufacturer. It holds more than 400 international and national patents (including 30 invention patents) and 37 software copyrights.

The company has obtained many honors, such as National High-tech Enterprise, Zhejiang Famous Trademark, Zhejiang Famous Export Brand, Zhejiang AAA Credit Enterprise for Contract Honouring and Credit Keeping, AAA Foreign Trade Credit Enterprise, Zhejiang Patent Demonstration Enterprise, Top 100 Most Valuable SMEs for Investment in Zhejiang Province, and Top 30 Enterprises for Self-operated Export in Yueqing.

We have acquired ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and other system certifications. We also operate a Wenzhou municipal-level Technology Development Center, Mold Manufacturing Center and ISO-accredited laboratory.

Our main products include smart home and security control systems (WiFi, 433.92 MHz, Zigbee), wireless remote control switches, wireless doorbells and voltage testers, which are certified with CE, GS, RED and FCC marks. Among these products, our smart home and security technology reaches the leading level in China. The export volume of wireless remote control switches and voltage testers ranks among the top in the country.

Kangtai sticks to technological and management innovation. We maintain long-term strategic and lean production consultation & training cooperation with overseas management consultants. The QEO management system has been established. Information management and lean production are implemented to keep our products competitive.

Annual investment in R&D and technological innovation accounts for over 8% of sales revenue. An expert workstation has been set up, and R&D personnel make up more than 30% of our workforce. Kangtai also cooperates with domestic and foreign scientific research institutions and key universities to develop new products.

Advanced production and inspection equipment are deployed in our manufacturing and testing processes: DEK solder paste printer, Yamaha high-speed SMT machine, VITRONICS-SOLTEC reflow oven, SAKI AOI automatic optical inspection instrument, plug-in automatic assembly line, lean production lines, automatic punching machines, fully automatic injection moulding machines, Rohde & Schwarz spectrum analyser, RoHS X-ray spectrometer, etc.
